Job summary

Click Digital in Winnersh is seeking a flexible HR Advisor for a short-term contract with a hybrid working pattern. The role combines HR administration with HR business partnering to support employees and managers through end-to-end HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Admin/Generalist/Business Partner roles, a CIPD Level 5 (desirable), and be proficient with Workday and Excel. Umbrella contract inside IR35.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
• Experience in HR Administration, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Workday experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, changes, and offboarding.
• Support payroll data changes and benefits administration.
• Assist with HR documentation and audits; ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters; support recruitment and onboarding.
