Job summary

GreensafeIT Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Services team in Worcestershire. The role delivers comprehensive HR advisory support across the business, ensuring consistent application of policies and fair handling of employee relations matters.

You will work with managers and employees to promote a positive workplace culture and engagement. This six-month fixed-term contract is full-time (37.5 hours per week), with a Monday–Friday pattern and online application.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR advisory experience.
• Knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience handling employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievances, absence management, performance).
• Support managers on HR policies, procedures and employment law.
• Manage employee relations cases from start to resolution.
• Assist onboarding, probation reviews and departures.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor sickness absence and assist with return-to-work processes.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute to review and development of HR policies and practice.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide customer-focused HR service.
• Support wider HR projects as required.
