An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover role. Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful and highly personable Professional Services Organisation with offices in central Bath, Bristol and Swindon, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for 12 months to cover for maternity leave, ideally starting in June / July. The role is full-time, offers 2-3 home working days per week and and the working days can be in Bath, Bristol or Swindon – with 1 day per week with the team in Bath.
This is a truly generalist HR role covering employee relations, case management, advice and guidance, performance management as well as talent management and recruitment. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider Human Resources project work and initiatives. The role is diverse and will suit somebody who enjoys team working and building great relationships across the business.
