IT Project Coordinator – PS, Technology, PRINCE2, PMO, Sales, Finance, Order Management, Budget, Resources, tracking, Professional Services. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a leading tech organisation. The role is fully remote, working from home, with a high chance of conversion to permanent employment.
The Technology Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst will organize and track IT projects remotely, liaising with stakeholders, third parties, and vendors at all levels, including C-suite. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing RAMS, logistics, tracking project progress, and metrics. Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are essential. Experience in running meetings, forecasting budgets, and familiarity with PRINCE2 is desirable. Experience with Kimble (PSA tool) and professional or managed service experience is preferred but not essential. A relevant degree is also preferred.
