Job summary

Fabric Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our Derbyshire-based team on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will handle day-to-day HR queries, advise on employee relations cases from start to finish, and ensure compliance with employment law while supporting managers across the business. The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and strong knowledge of UK employment law, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Ability to manage ER cases independently.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or similar.

£36,000-£38,000

Description of the role:

• Dealing with general day-to-day HR queries and concerns.
• Advising and managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
• Ensuring compliance across employment law and regulations.
• Coaching managers to build capability and providing knowledge.
• Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver strategy projects.
• Supporting the employee life cycle assisting with on boarding, induction and probation processes.
• Providing information on pay and benefits.
• Supporting the wider HR team.

About you:

• CIPD Level 5 (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage ER cases independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Flexible to cover later hours to coordinate with the night shift (more information will be provided)
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment or similar.
