What does the role involve?
We're looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join our team, reporting to the HR Business Partner. This role supports colleagues and people leaders in our Business Finance and Group Functions areas — two dynamic environments where you'll have plenty of opportunity to make a real impact beyond day-to-day operations.
You'll handle a varied caseload of employee relations (ER) matters, offering sound advice and coaching to managers on best practice. You'll also contribute to the delivery of our People Plan, giving you exposure to stakeholders across the business and helping you develop as a commercially minded HR practitioner.
Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
