Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our HR Operations during a busy period. The role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, with regular travel between sites and a full UK driving licence essential.

The successful candidate will manage Employee Relations end-to-end, bring strong knowledge of UK employment law, and provide pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent organisational and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
