Job summary

Culina Group in the UK seeks a Human Resources Advisor to support HR Operations during a busy period. The role is based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, with travel between sites on a regular basis and a full UK driving licence essential.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on Employee Relations, and provide pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role requires strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• ER experience with end-to-end case management.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Attention to detail and ability to use data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle with particular focus on Employee Relations.
• Provide timely, commercially-focused HR guidance to managers and staff.
• Support HR Operations during busy periods and ensure compliant processes.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER).

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end


• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice


• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice


• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust


• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach


• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems


• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
