Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support the HR Operations function during a busy period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol, with regular travel between sites and a full UK driving licence.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on Employee Relations, applying UK employment law and HR best practice to deliver pragmatic, business-oriented advice in a fast paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience, with confidence managing cases end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience in providing pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to provide key support to our HR Operations function during a busy and exciting period. This role can be based in Milton Keynes or Bristol , and the successful candidate must be able to travel regularly between both sites . A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Employee Relations (ER) .

• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach


• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and HR systems


• CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred, but not essential


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
