Job summary

Reed Further Education is seeking an HR Advisor in Manchester for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll provide operational HR support, advise managers on employment law, and manage employee relations while ensuring compliance and robust HR processes.

You'll need CIPD qualification or working towards it, at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a busy education organisation. DBS checks are required.

HR Advisor

Up to £32,990 per annum

Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) Full-Time

As an HR Advisor, you'll provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to managers across the business, managing a variety of employee relations cases and organisational change projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across a diverse organisation.

• Be confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities.

All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years' referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
