Our client is seeking a HR Advisor/ Senior HR Advisor on a 12–14-month maternity leave contract. You will be part of an established, friendly HR team working alongside 2 other Senior HR Advisors. You will support approximately 120 operational staff, including 7 managers and 2 senior managers. Your new role

• Case work dealing with disciplinaries and grievances
• Absence management
• Supporting restructures
• Support end to end employee life cycle

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years HR experience
• Ideally CIPD qualified
• Experience of case management, including disciplinaries and grievance cases
