HR Advisor (Onboarding specific)
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Rate: Circa £120 per day
Duration: 6 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (via FCSA-approved umbrella company only)
Bright Purple is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a high-performing EMEA HR Operations team for a leading global organisation.
This role serves as the first point of contact for HR queries across the region, with a strong focus on onboarding and case management. It’s a fast-paced, structured environment requiring excellent communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage HR systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver responsive, high-quality HR support across EMEA
Resolve high volumes of HR queries via ServiceNow
Support new hires through structured onboarding processes
Assist with HR process alignment using Oracle HRMS
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven HR administration or advisory experience
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Oracle HRMS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficient with Microsoft Office

Engagement is via an FCSA-accredited umbrella company
Fixed-term 6-month contract, inside IR35
