Tasks and Responsibilities
  1. Assist senior management with resource management, including analysis and reporting on resource allocation and forecasting.
  2. Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and audit activities.
  3. Create and monitor resource forecasts by gathering estimates and scheduling requirements from relevant stakeholders and development teams.
  4. Forecast the need for new hires for upcoming projects.
  5. Ensure optimal resource allocation by reviewing project statuses and timelines.
  6. Meet with stakeholders to report on project progress and address blockers.
  7. Manage resource demands across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  8. Implement risk management strategies to prevent losses and inactivity.
  9. Track project budgets and costs.
  10. Streamline documentation processes for transparency.
  11. Coordinate between recruiting teams, development teams, and business units.
  12. Oversee procedures and controls in application development processes.
  13. Manage external/internal audit activities.
  14. Mentor team members to promote good teamwork practices.
