Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

Location: Wirral, Liverpool (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Contract: 12-month FTC | Salary: Up to £40,000

This is a truly generalist role, covering all areas of HR including recruitment and employee relations (ER). We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR professional to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle a wide range of HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing sound HR advice across a diverse business.
  2. Managing casework and advising on all ER activities.
  3. Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  4. Delivering induction and training programmes.
  5. Managing and driving employee engagement activities.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience in HR advisory, particularly ER.
  • CIPD qualification at level 5.
  • Generalist HR experience.
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation.
