Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Permanent HR Advisor in Hull to provide professional HR support across the business, ensuring smooth operations within the retail industry.

You will deliver practical HR solutions, handle employee relations, support recruitment, maintain records and contribute to HR projects while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Confidence in advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
