We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our HR Team following company expansion. Our team includes HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, HR Assistants, and Immigration Experts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents and colleagues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers in a coaching style.
2. Supporting Home and Regional Managers with HR/ER queries alongside HR Business Partners and the Head of HR.
3. Building and maintaining excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Delivering high standards of advice and guidance with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and experienced in a fast-paced, multisite, high-volume HR support role. The position offers opportunities to travel across the country, supporting our homes. Occasional overnight stays (1-2 times per month) may be required.
