You will work collaboratively with managers, providing expert advice and guidance, and support exciting projects focused on job evaluation and HR system implementation. You will play a crucial role in supporting colleagues to ensure we deliver the highest standards of care and support for our residents and colleagues across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to travel across the country to visit and support our homes, with occasional overnight stays.
