Redefined Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Bristol. The role involves providing strategic HR support to practice group leaders, managing employee engagement, and developing managerial capabilities. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes.
Role profile
We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our collaborative and ambitious Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role as HR Advisor, you'll work closely with our practice group leaders and operations team, providing support and guidance on various HR matters to our Disputes and Risk Practice Group. Our team is currently engaged in exciting strategic priorities and transformation projects.
This position can be based out of our Bristol or London office, with flexibility for hybrid working and some travel between our UK offices as needed.
