This role involves providing guidance to employees and line managers on various HR issues, managing ER cases, supporting HR management, and managing sensitive information. You will also have line management responsibilities over the HR team and deliver training to managers and supervisors.

The role requires previous HR coordination experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and familiarity with HR processes. Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or CIPD Level 3 are desirable. The candidate must be able to pass a security clearance.
