Job summary

Outsource UK is seeking two HR Advisors to join a busy People Services team supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. This 12-month maternity cover role is hybrid, with 3–4 days onsite.

You will provide professional HR advice to managers and employees, handle employee relations, and help deliver HR policies and processes. You'll work closely with HR Business Partners in a unionised environment, maintain HR data and support reporting, and build strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Generalist HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
• Experience in a manufacturing or unionised setting desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

About You

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and UK employment law.
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or unionised environment is desirable.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
