Job summary

Newrest is seeking a proactive HR Adviser to support a fast-paced aviation environment across the UK. You will handle onboarding, inductions, compliance checks, employee relations, and disciplinary matters, keeping processes on track.

You’ll work closely with line managers, manage the lifecycle and performance, ensure UK legislation alignment, and maintain QHSE compliance, with presence at Gatwick and occasional Manchester visits.

Responsibilities

• Build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders by managing HR compliance, policies and procedures in a busy and fast paced environment.
• Support the seamless implementation of HR processes and updates across all UK Newrest sites.
• Partner with Line Managers to review employee life cycle, performance management, and overall staff management issues.
• Navigate employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and those “have you got a minute?” conversations.
• Review, update HR policies and procedures ensuring they are in line with the current UK legislation.
• Oversee all compliance relating to CAA requirements, payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle.
• Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives.
• Ensure you are aware and comply with QHSE policies and procedures.

From onboarding forms to stringent inductions, compliancechecks to employee relations, HR queries to disciplinary matters, you’ll be at the heart of keeping our peoplesupported and our processes on track.

Roles and Responsibilities
