A look into the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance concerns, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will be responsible for delivering on our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.
Given the importance of this role, there will be opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge and develop their skillset.
