A look into the role

You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will also guide and coach managers in managing their teams effectively, including handling performance concerns, absence, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will be responsible for delivering on our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.

Given the importance of this role, there will be opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge and develop their skillset.

Knowing you’re right for us

The minimum criteria for joining as a People Adviser include:

  • Experience within a generalist HR function working with large client groups
  • Experience supporting employee relations activities such as absence management, capability, investigations, and disciplinary processes
  • Confidence in using Excel to manipulate, analyze, and present data
  • Strong stakeholder management and adaptive communication skills
  • Examples of supporting managers with initiatives that positively impacted their teams

Additional skills that are desirable but not essential include:

  • Experience in large, complex organizations
  • Experience working in service line structures and centers of excellence
  • Delivery of Inclusion and Diversity initiatives
  • Ownership of people processes like salary and bonus reviews, performance moderation, and talent management
