The Company:
Our client is a respected Wealth Management company that invests on behalf of private clients.
The Role:
This role is suitable for an HR Administrator with some HR experience, ideally within a Financial Services environment, though experience outside this sector is also acceptable. The HR Administrator will assist with the administration of the full employee lifecycle, record keeping, and provide comprehensive support to the HR team and wider business.
The HR Administrator will support recruitment by coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers and external parties.
They will assist with onboarding new employees, including creating starter packs, facilitating inductions, processing references, and maintaining staff records and the HR database.
The role includes managing the HR inbox, responding to queries, producing reports from the HR system, and maintaining records related to CISI and employee certifications.
The HR Administrator will support employee benefits administration, including updating payroll information and benefits membership lists.
The Candidate:
At least 6 months of HR experience, either as a Junior HR Administrator or in a similar role.
Interest in working within the Financial Services sector and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Experience with HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer focus, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.
