Job summary

Mills CNC Ltd, based at the Leamington Spa campus, is seeking an HR Administrator to support employees across the business, helping deliver an excellent employee experience for office-based and remote colleagues.

You will manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to offboarding, maintain personnel records in our HR self-service system and SharePoint, and handle day-to-day queries, benefits administration and fleet management.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support each stage of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Prepare documentation to support the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain personnel records using HR self-service software and SharePoint; provide analytics as needed.
• Day-to-day management of the company car fleet and related queries.
• Respond to employee HR queries via phone and email; assist the HR & Quality Manager on projects.
