Job summary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to join the team in Sherburn in Elmet, West Yorkshire. This permanent, office-based role supports the HR/Payroll/Training team with a can-do attitude and strong admin skills.

The role includes daily hours collation, payroll assistance, subcontractor invoicing, staff inductions, training scheduling, and maintaining personnel records. Weekend rota and late shifts are paid in addition to salary.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and HR admin interest are important.
• Experience with data entry and admin tasks is needed.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR/Payroll/Training team.
• Liaise with the team manager and other members of the team.
• Collate daily hours and check against vehicle tracker data.
• Assist with processing weekly payroll (90–200 staff).
• Process and check subcontractor invoices and renew training certs.
• Maintain personnel spreadsheets and training records.
• Organise staff training and inductions, holidays and expenses.
