Job summary

Jobtailor in Leeds is seeking an HR Administrator/Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, manage HR systems, and deliver insightful reports. You will join a People Operations function that champions accurate data, great employee experiences, and payroll support in collaboration with Finance.

Bring strong Excel skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for improving processes. Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS is desirable, and payroll exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Administrator/Coordinator role.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence learning new systems quickly and embracing technology.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and produce meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a naturally collaborative approach.
• Exposure to payroll administration or payroll support (desirable).
• Experience using HR systems such as HiBob or similar HRIS platforms (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support every stage of the employee lifecycle from offers and onboarding to promotions, changes and leavers.
• Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day People Operations queries and provide an outstanding service to colleagues.
• Help manage HR systems to keep data accurate, insightful and decision-friendly.
• Produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support monthly payroll processes alongside the Finance team.
• Manage benefits administration and support key people initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements as the business grows.
• Get involved in projects shaping how we support our people.
