The Oak Partnership Trust is seeking a part-time Human Resources Administrator to join the HR team at Hazelbrook Campus, Selworthy School, Taunton, with hybrid working possible.

You will be the backbone of daily HR operations, providing essential support to staff and helping manage sensitive information in a diverse educational setting. The role offers term-time working with flexibility around start and finish times.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using IT systems and data management tools.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
