Job summary

Churchill Estates Management is seeking an HR Administrator in Ringwood to join a growing HR team. You will support onboarding, contract issuance, DBS and right-to-work checks, and payroll changes, while helping colleagues with PeopleHR and benefits enrollment.

The role focuses on delivering a positive employee experience across the lifecycle, with opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration or HR support preferred
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and use initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with collaborative approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience of PeopleHR

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding: issue contracts and starter paperwork, ensure forms are completed and returned
• Carry out pre-employment screening including DBS and right to work checks
• Provide training and answer queries from colleagues on PeopleHR
• Manage payroll changes and liaise with Payroll Supervisor on enquiries
• Support process reviews and implement improvement ideas
• Keep colleague records and HR system up to date and compliant
• Generate reports and analytics as required
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries and escalate as needed
• Assist colleagues with benefits enrollment and queries
