Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is seeking an HR Administrator on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. The role supports site operations and HR processes for the 37.5-hour week, based at Cheadle Royal.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and updating HR information systems while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with maternity cover for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a human resources department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection from advertising through induction and ensure pre- and post-employment checks.
• Handle employment queries and maintain HR policy records in line with statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR information systems and data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
