You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing accurate advice and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and payroll-related activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with accuracy in admin tasks.
• Experience in HR shared services or admin is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and develop within HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Provide onboarding, payroll-related activities and employment changes.
• Support offboarding and employee lifecycle administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and respond to HR inquiries in a timely manner.
