Loom Talent are partnering with a blue-collar organisation in the search for a HR Administrator to be the driving force of the colleague experience in a busy People team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide first line HR support as part of a team of 5.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance.
• Ability to identify problems and improve processes.
• Strong HR admin background necessary.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for all HR enquiries via phone, email and the HR ticketing system.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on HR processes such as absence, grievances and disciplinaries ensuring HR compliance.
• Execute the full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding, contracts and offer letters, as well as maintaining accurate employee records and data input for payroll.
