Job summary

Potential Recruitment is seeking an HR Administrator to join our team in Darwen, UK. The role focuses on HR coordination and administration across recruitment, payroll support, and compliance.

You will work closely with the HRBP and payroll team to ensure accurate records, timely onboarding, and compliant HR processes. The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 or higher, 2–5 years in HR administration, and strong knowledge of UK employment laws.

Qualifications

  • CIPD L3 or above.
  • 2–5 years HR experience focused on coordination and administration.
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process HR-related paperwork (offers, contracts, documents).
  • Manage HR Inbox and respond to queries.
  • Maintain employee records with data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist Payroll Co-Ordinator with benefits, RTI, and enrolment tasks.
  • Assist recruitment by advertising vacancies and screening CVs.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and new hire processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and report findings.
  • Maintain HRIS and generate compliance reports.
  • Support HR projects and ad hoc activities.
