Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Administrator in Manchester to provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, changes and offboarding, draft contracts, and manage Right to Work checks in a confidential, compliant environment.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the role involves maintaining employee records, supporting payroll changes, inductions and probation, and assisting with recruitment administration.

Qualifications

  • Experience as HR Administrator or similar role handling end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and leavers.
  • Knowledge of UK employment compliance and data accuracy.

  • Assist with recruitment administration, including vacancy adverts, interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Respond to employee and manager queries, providing professional first-line HR support.
  • Support HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain HR documentation, templates and processes.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Manchester (M11). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a supportive team environment, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary assignment.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, confidentiality and compliance.

  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and leavers.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and strong data accuracy skills.
  • Experience supporting recruitment administration.
  • Understanding of HR processes and UK employment compliance.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
  • Manufacturing experience (desirable).
