Job summary

A growing organization in Knaresborough is seeking an HR Administrator to join their expanding HR function. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with an experienced Head of HR and involves a variety of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll assistance.

Ideal candidates will have HR administration experience or a strong administrative background with a keen interest in HR.

Qualifications

  • Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong administrative experience is also welcomed.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including arranging interviews.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

HR Administrator

Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
£26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, fully office based

HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure HR processes run smoothly
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
