Senior Administrator - Duties & Requirements

  • Manage pre-employment checks and manage contract changes.
  • Respond to reference requests and update internal systems.
  • Maintain training records from employees.
  • Scheduling training sessions/interviews.
  • Provide office support and manage documentation.
  • Handle purchase orders, supplier requests, and invoices.
  • Manage administrative tasks like meetings, documents, and data entry.

Senior Administrator - Skills & Requirements

  • Must be competent across Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Adaptable and quick to pick up new CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • High attention to detail.
