BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Regional Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle in a remote setting. The role involves supporting staffing needs for healthcare professionals, maintaining relationships with candidates, and attending career events. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and experience in agency recruitment.
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Regional Recruiter for our offices located in Monmouth County, NJ. The recruiter will support the staffing needs for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. While this is a remote position, travel throughout the market is required once per quarter, so the ideal candidates should be local or willing to travel.
At BAYADA, the Regional Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle. BAYADA Regional Recruiters are expected to act as brand ambassadors and to partner with the hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers, while providing our candidates a best in class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager Regional Recruiter is also expected to provide consultation to internal customers on market conditions, hiring trends, and external competition.
