Affinity Water is seeking an HR Assistant to join our People & Transformation team on a 12‑month FTC to deliver accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage onboarding, payroll changes, probation reviews and maintain employee records in Oracle Fusion.

This fast‑paced role requires proactive collaboration with managers and staff, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering a high‑quality HR service.
