Stevenage Borough Council is seeking a Business Improvement Manager to lead transformation across Housing and Neighbourhoods. You will drive improvements, deliver new legislation guidance, and modernise processes to enhance resident outcomes.

Role requires senior stakeholders engagement and a track record of delivering measurable service improvements in housing or similar complex environments. Hybrid working and a permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications
