You will drive change, manage complex programmes and collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed innovative ways of working.

The role focuses on delivering strategic improvements, regulatory compliance and enhanced customer experiences across Housing and its related services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex business improvement and transformation projects across Housing and related units.
• Drive implementation of new legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Review and redesign housing processes to improve customer experiences and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline services through innovation and digital transformation.
• Develop business cases, project plans, governance and reports to support delivery.
• Engage residents, tenants and leaseholders to influence service improvements.
