Job summary

Codi Group in Caerphilly is seeking a Scheme Support Officer for Ty Croeso, a 10-bed supported accommodation providing 24/7 support to adults experiencing homelessness. You will join a team of Scheme Support Officers and Project Workers delivering tenancy management and housing-related assistance to a diverse client group.

Working daily with clients who may have experienced trauma and complex needs, you will learn new skills and engage with external agencies while promoting independence and
