Barnardo's Glasgow-based 16+ Housing Support Service is seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide person-centred support to young people aged 16 and over as they move towards independence. You will help with housing, education, employment, training, health and wellbeing, building trusting relationships and coordinating with partner agencies.

As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to young people, helping them to achieve positive outcomes in areas such as housing, education, employment, training, health and wellbeing. You will build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure young people receive the support they need to thrive.
