Horton Housing is recruiting a Housing Support Worker for our central Huddersfield service on a full-time permanent contract. Salary £27,588 per year, with a rota pattern including weekends. The role involves welfare support, housing management and safeguarding to help tenants become tenancy ready.
You will report to the Scheme Manager and work with individuals to create tailored plans, access welfare services and attend appointments, ensuring welfare and safety at all times.

Horton Housing are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to join our established service in central Huddersfield on a full time permanent contract. The salary on offer is £27,588.00 per annum, and you must be able to work flexibly across Mondays to Sundays as the contact will be on a rota basis, including working some weekends.
Reporting to the Scheme Manager, you will work in partnership with the people we support to devise a tailored support plan and support them in achieving their individual goals . This may include helping them to access welfare and supporting them to attend any appointments. You will also be responsible for the welfare of the people we support, undertaking welfare checks, housing management, and following safeguarding policies.
