Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering training or public speaking
• Case management and record keeping
• Knowledge of housing, welfare benefits or comparable services
• Understanding of how social exclusion and poverty impacts people
• Awareness of trauma-informed approaches

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to service users to promote financial resilience and numeracy skills
• Support service users to access statutory or voluntary services
• Develop and implement individual training plans with service users
• Prepare and deliver paper and digital resources for training sessions
• Coordinate referrals to statutory agencies when safeguarding issues arise
• Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and report findings
• Collaborate with council teams and external partners to address homelessness and tenancy sustainment
