Job summary

Abri in London is recruiting a Housing Support Partner on a permanent basis for 25 hours per week. Based in Emily House, you will prioritise customers' wellbeing and keep homes safe and well managed.

You will own a caseload of customers with housing-related support needs, engage with them to ensure their voices are heard, and work in a fast-paced, supportive team to resolve tenancy issues with empathy.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Housing Support Partner to join us on a permanent basis for 25 hours per week.

Based out of our London office in Emily House, you'll ensure our customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do. It’s our priority that they are supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for always going the extra mile will be essential as you’ll take ownership of supporting a caseload of customers with housing related support needs engaging with and involving our customers wherever possible, so they know their voices are being heard.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy. This is a fast paced role within a supportive, close working team and promises to be hugely rewarding for the right candidate.
