Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Housing Support Worker in Coventry to assist adults including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them gain stability and move toward independent living. This Temp to Perm role offers hours Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with a pay rate of £18 - £19 per hour (Umbrella).

The role involves risk assessments, developing support plans, managing a caseload, safeguarding, budgeting aid, and tenancy sustainment to promote independent living.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support, substance misuse, or employability.
• Experience supporting medium-risk clients, including ex-offenders.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
• Ability to manage a caseload and work independently.

Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: £18 - £19/per hour (Umbrella)
