Job summary

RG Setsquare in Coventry is looking for a Housing & Support Manager to lead a specialist homelessness service supporting adults with complex needs. You will oversee a supported accommodation scheme, working with local homelessness services and outreach teams to help residents sustain tenancies, improve wellbeing, and move towards greater independence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing services for vulnerable adults.
• Experience working with people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
• Proven experience leading, supervising and developing staff teams.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and risk management.
• Experience of housing management, including tenancy sustainment and arrears management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of a supported accommodation service for adults with complex needs.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of support workers and concierge staff.
• Ensure high-quality housing management, including rent collection, void management and tenancy sustainment.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies and procedures.
• Develop strong partnerships with local authorities, statutory agencies and community organisations.
• Monitor service performance, quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Manage service budgets and resource allocation effectively.
