Milton Keynes City Council is recruiting a Supply and Acquisitions Support Officer to join our Adult Services team in Milton Keynes. You will provide efficient operational support, manage information, schedules and communications, and help customers understand housing incentives and options available to them.

You’ll work across Housing Solutions, Adult Services, Children’s Services, allocations and anti-social behaviour services to deliver decent, affordable homes and make Milton Keynes a better

Qualifications

• Relevant formal education or training in housing, commissioning or a related area, or comparable practical experience.
• Strong understanding of the legal requirements affecting housing, commissioning, supply and acquisitions, with a willingness to keep knowledge current.

Responsibilities

• Provide a responsive, customer‑focused service and operational support across the Supply and Acquisitions service.
• Prepare reports, update systems, manage shared email and digital work, coordinate diaries and support agreed communication plans.
• Schedule Housing Health and Safety Rating System inspections and ensure outcomes are recorded accurately.
