You will:
You will havesignificant experience in housing strategy, policy, performance or deliveryplanning, with a strong understanding of housing policy, development and publicsector governance.
You will beable to demonstrate:
Experience ofworking with local authorities, Homes England, Government departments, combinedauthorities or regional housing partnerships would be desirable, as wouldknowledge of affordable housing, regeneration, brownfield land, infrastructureor place-based investment.
A degree orequivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline, together withevidence of continuing professional development, is essential.
