Job summary

Cornwall Council's Private Sector Housing team is seeking a motivated individual to support property inspections, investigate housing complaints and assist with tenancy relations and enforcement activities across Cornwall.

You will receive training and work alongside experienced Environmental Health professionals, with a clear development pathway toward the Environmental Health Degree Apprenticeship programme.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
• Full driving licence and the ability to travel across Cornwall.
• Commitment to learning and professional development.
• Customer-focused attitude and clear written/verbal communication.
