Qualifications

• Experience within a homelessness, housing options or housing solutions environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess homelessness applications and housing needs.
• Provide comprehensive housing advice and assistance.
• Undertake homelessness prevention and relief activity.
• Make statutory decisions under housing legislation.
• Identify suitable accommodation and sustainable housing solutions.
• Work with private landlords and housing providers.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare statutory correspondence and decisions.
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Meet deadlines and comply with Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 guidance.
